A&R departments within indie labels are responsible for talent scouting and signing new artists. We are actively seeking out promising talents. A&R executives work closely with artists to help shape their artistic direction and find opportunities for growth.
Recording & Production
By providing in-house recording facilities at our studios or by partnering up with top-notch third-party studios. We also help artists find suitable producers and engineers, oversee recording sessions, and ensure the quality of the final product.
Distribution & Promotion
Handling the logistics of getting our artists' work onto various platforms, such as streaming services, physical retailers, and online stores; this includes marketing strategies and publicity campaigns for artists, like securing media coverage, organizing promotional events, and coordinating tour support.
